This site keeps what it collects to a minimum: only what you type into a form, used only to reply to you.

What’s collected
When you send an enquiry, the form sends your name, email, the details you add (organisation, phone, date, number of guests) and your message. Nothing else is collected about you on this site, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How it’s used
Your enquiry is emailed to Miggy Cabel Moreno’s team so they can reply. It isn’t sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Who handles it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile). Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Keeping and deleting
Enquiries are kept in email only as long as they’re needed to reply and follow up. To have yours deleted, or to see what’s held about you, write through the contact form.
Restaurants
Reservations at Palm Grill and Cabel are made with the restaurants directly and are covered by their own policies.
